I've been at this hotel for quite some time and I really enjoy staying here. The housekeeping crew are great people, do a fantastic job when it comes to the room services. they very nice people and easy to get along with. The front desk crew are very helpful and will help out with anything if asked. Everyone that works there are great people; front desk, housekeeping and the cook that is there too. I have only one problem and its been a constant problem, since i've back and forth here for work my first time stay here i asked front desk to let maintenance know that my tub faucet was leaking and squealing while showering to where i had to mess with the faucet plunger to stop it from squealing at the least. They let Christian(maintenance guy) know but when i got back nothing was fixed. I talked to the front desk 2 more time about and they told Christian about it again and I shown Christian the issue. He told me that he will be in the next day to fix it and when I came back from working the faucet was never fixed. this also happened again within my next stay, I told front desk about it again, front desk wrote a note for Christian to let him know and nothing was done. Other than that

I was overall disappointed in this stay. The pictures on their website are great but the reality not so much. There is mold growing all over the pool area. The pool water was cloudy and the hot tub felt like a warm bath. Staining, rips and outlets not working throughout the room. We had two microwaves and they were both broken. The breakfast felt like food poisoning waiting to happen. The yogurt was left out (not on ice) and was room temperature. The waffle maker didn't cook. The eggs were not kept warm. It definitely did not feel like it would meet health code. The staff (specifically breakfast) was rude. The employee came out to replace a drip tray for the waffle maker. My daughter and I were standing there and he just grunted as us. We obviously didn't move fast enough for them because he nudged my daughter out of the way. If I would not have noticed and caught my daughter, she would have burned herself on the waffle maker.

I would not recommend this hotel for long-term stays. Several issues impacted my visit: - Security Concerns: Upon check-in, I witnessed an individual being questioned and patted down by the police on-site, which was quite unsettling. - Room Quality: The hotel is in need of updates. My room faced the highway, and because the windows were very thin, the traffic noise was clearly audible throughout the night. - Service: While the food attendants for breakfast and social hour were very nice and accommodating, the front desk personnel seemed uninformed and unhelpful during my checkout process. I hope you find this feedback constructive as you look into improving the guest experience.
